What is a fanzine/zine?A zine is an unofficial, collaborative publication typically featuring both illustrations and writings.Is this zine for profit or charity?HUSTLE is a for-profit zine. All proceeds will first go to production, then to seeing that our entire team receives a full bundle of all our products, and if there are any remaining proceeds we will aim to compensate our contributors and mods evenly.Is this zine NSFW?HUSTLE is meant to be thirsty!
There will be no explicit content.Will there be ships in this zine?HUSTLE will be a general Hawks zine. We want hawks to be the main focus of all works, but other characters may be included.How many contributors are you looking to accept?Roughly 25-30 artists

Our first class hustlers will have early access to all things HUSTLE and maybe even a few surprises.Will Hawks' bird traits hcs be featured in the zine?bird traits can certainly be used as inspiration for designs, but as our thirsty fashion theme will be the focus of all hustle content.Where will hustle be shipped from?shipping will be done from the us.Can I apply to more than one position?Yes, but if accepted, you would only be chosen for one position.

HUSTLE’s theme is FASHION but make it thirsty and all contributors will be expected to create works suited to our theme.We are a For-Profit project and all applicants must be 18+.Please review our guidelines carefully so you’ll know what we’re looking for when judging your application.

WRITERS

We are looking for a minimum of (2) samples of what you consider your best works. A third sample is optional.You may submit your samples via Google Docs, Ao3, or FFnet. Please NO Twitter threads.If submitting Google Docs, be sure sharing is enabled. If we cannot view your works, your application will be voided.Please ensure:Word count is between 1,500 - 3,000 words.
(A 250 word leeway is applicable both ways.)Excerpts of longer works are allowed but should be able to stand on their own.At least one of your samples should be a completed piece.Hawks is featured in at least one of your samples.Thirsty samples are not required but highly encouraged.NSFW samples are permittedYour samples will be judged on the following:Syntax

We are looking for (3) samples of what you consider to be your BEST works as well as a link to your portfolio.You may submit your samples via Google Drive or social media links (Instagram, Twitter, Tumblr, etc), but be sure that sharing is enabled if you use Google Drive.If we cannot view your works, your application will be voided.Your portfolio should be well curated. We should not have to search for your works.If you have samples of merch you’ve created previously, please include it!Hawks samples are not required but preferred.Your samples will be judged on the following:Imagery
